February 18th 1947 Styx founder Dennis DeYoung was born in Chicago.

Dennis is a kind and sincere guy which isn’t always the case in the music business.

Dennis has stayed busy since the pandemic began.

He released his latest album “26 East Volume 1″ since the pandemic hit.

You can hear us discuss the album here.

Part of that album is a duet with Julian Lennon.

Dennis even performed a Styx classic from his home during quarantine that you can watch here.

So we say Happy birthday to Dennis DeYoung today.
