A popular gamer named Niftski broke a world record by beating the original “Super Mario Brothers” in just over 4 minutes and 54 seconds.  It happened in January, but Guinness just made it official.

His major excitement is justified because it’s a tough record to snag at this point. He beat the old record by less than one-tenth of a second.
