During the fourth quarter, Bubblegum Troll went to the court and the mascot’s mask was removed, revealing Faris, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
“I’ve played a lot of roles, but stepping into the world of Candy Crush like this was something completely new,” Faris said in a statement. “I’ve always loved how the game is all about fun, joy and a little bit of absurdity, so getting to bring that energy to life in an L.A. Clippers game like this made it an even more unique experience.”
Faris returns to reprise her role as Cindy Campbell in the sixth installment of the “Scary Movie” franchise, Variety reported.
The first movie, which was released in 2000, opened at $42.5 million and was one of the highest-grossing R-rated horror movies of all time, according to the entertainment news website.
While Faris is excited about her upcoming film, teasing that her character “gets revenge,” she was pleased with her turn as a Bubblegum Troll.
“I’m hoping for an awards push for this role,” she joked.
