Robot technology has grown exponentially ever since we watched the first creepy video from https://bostondynamics.com/videos/ in 2005. (You can see Boston Dynamics robot evolution video below.)

Now robots have come far enough that they can break almost all human athletic records including Usain Bolt’s 100m sprint record, and high jumps too.

But watching Beijing’s Robot Games video still shows how far the tech has to go, like the robot runners don’t know how or when to stop running.

Even funnier to me is the boxing/martial arts fighting robots who never even come close to hitting each other, and some of the bots in these games just fall down.

Won’t be long before those bugs are fixed though, and the future is going to be possibly cool, and really freaking creepy.
