His name is Tico. The guy playing guitar for him is Frank Maglio. They live together, and rock together. Frank plays his guitar and Tico whistles and sings along to a great playlist of songs from Zeppelin, to Van Halen, to Billy Idol, and even the Rolling Stones.

Frank and Tico live in in Florida and make videos whenever they can. Personally I think they should take this show on the road, or at least to America’s Got Talent. Their YouTube channel is at this link.
