Wolfgang Van Halen is probably just as talented as his dad in many ways. He clearly can play guitar as well as his pop did, at least when he’s playing his dad’s Frankenstrat rocking his dad’s famous solo Eruption. He posted this video in honor of the song’s recording 45 years ago on, September 8th, 1977.

In honor of Eruption being recorded 45 years ago today, here’s me playing part of it on the guitar it was recorded on in 2015 while tracking some guitars for the first @MammothWVH album.
