Watch The Doobie Brothers And Peter Frampton Cover Eric Clapton

Watch The Doobie Brothers and Peter Frampton team up with a remote video covering Eric Clapton.

Since the pandemic has begun we have had to change how we approach music.

The Doobie Brothers certainly embraced the concept of doing remote performances.

They took on doing a couple of their classics “listen To The Music” and “Black Water” in a remote format.

They wanted to expand beyond the parameters of the band though.

That lead to them adding a guest, Peter Frampton.

Once they decided to do Eric Clapton’s “Let It Rain” everyone involved recorded their parts separately.

Patrick Simmons told me about some of their remote performances when we spoke recently.

You can hear that conversation and check out a couple other remote performances from The Doobies here.

You can watch the collaboration with Peter Frampton below.
