I saw a few headlines the other day about the new Reelz Channel show Autopsy: The Last Hours Of Eddie Van Halen and thought that seemed rather tasteless. So I chose not to write about it, and promote something that seemed to be utterly shameful and and clear sensationalistic money-grab. Seems I’m not the only one who feels this way. As I scrolled through my Twitter feed today I saw Wolf Van Halen’s post about it, and apparently he and I agree. Although, of course, his opinion actually matters in this moment. Personally, I’ll stick with enjoying Eddie’s music and amazing life, and skip digging into his and his family’s private time saying goodbye.
