I love Billy Joel, but why play the song with 745 words in the lyrics when you haven’t been on stage in 10 months? The Piano Man rang in 2026 by surprising the crowd at Wellington, Florida’s 30th birthday celebration, marking his first on-stage appearance since his brain condition diagnosis. Billy looked great and nailed the second song, Big Shot, but was a little rust when it came to that second line in We Didn’t Start The Fire....
