A copy of Action Comics No. 1 sold for $6 million last year, while a Superman No. 1 went for $5.3 million in 2022.
Experts believe the newly discovered issue, graded 9.0 by evaluators CGC for its sharp corners, bright colors, and near-perfect spine, could surpass both.
If I found something like this, I’d probably keep it just long enough to take a selfie holding it… then hand it to Sotheby’s before my kids use it as a coloring book.
