Duran Duran Announce Their ‘Future Past’ US Tour With Only 2 Florida Stops, Tampa & Sunrise

Duran Duran celebrated the 40th anniversary of their huge album Rio last year, and are now embarking on a world tour. The tour kicks off in the UK in April and will be headed stateside in May with their first US date May 27th at Bottlerock in Napa Valley, CA. By mid-June they’ll finally be on the cool side of the country and make only 2 stops in Florida. Those are June 17th in Tampa at Amalie Arena and June 18th in Sunrise, which is the west side of Ft. Lauderdale, playing the FLA Live Arena. The whole tour bounces back and forth between French pop group Bastille and Nile Rodgers, super producer and main member of 70′s disco superstars Chic as the opener. Both Florida shows will have Nile as the opener. The general ticket on-sale starts Feb 13th. I believe the fan club sale is already on.
