Delta Faucet Company Is Using a Song From Motley Crue’s “Dr Feelgood” For a Commercial

I can honestly say I would have never thought of using a Motley Crue song to sell faucets. And even if I had, I don’t think I would have pulled one off of 1989′s “Dr. Feelgood” either. But the fine folks at whoever makes the commercials for Delta Faucets did and now here we are. The new commercial for Delta Faucets is using “Time For Change” because I guess washing things is a change or something. Its not the actual Motley Crue version but a studio band cheesy cover version of it which somehow doesn’t make it better. I mean its not bad, but its another part of our youth now being turned back around on us to sell us stuff. But hey we all need faucets, right? Check out the commercial for yourself.

According to Blabbermouth.net: “This is not the first time a MÖTLEY CRÜE song has found its way into a commercial. Two years ago, “Kickstart My Heart”, also from “Dr. Feelgood”, was featured in Planters’s first-ever Super Bowl ad. In 2014, the same track could be heard in a commercial for the Dodge Charger.”

The Planter’s and Dodge commercials used the actual song and they’re kinda cool:

Now rinse that out of your brain with the real version. I sure can’t wait for the Stadium Tour to hit town and see this live and LOUD!!!
