LOS ANGELES — Saginaw Grant, who appeared in “Breaking Bad” and “The Lone Ranger,” has died at age 85.

According to The Associated Press, the Native American actor, who was a Sac and Fox Nation hereditary chief, died Wednesday of natural causes in Hollywood, California, friend and publicist Lani Melisa Carmichael said.

“We are all saddened by this sad news and, indeed, a great loss has been felt throughout the world,” Carmichael wrote in a Facebook post Saturday.

She added that Grant valued “unity and respect.”

“May you all find it in your heart to forgive others that may have done you wrong, find that respect and let go of the criticism and negative things that are pulling you down, and with these you will carry his legacy as his spirit lives on,” she wrote.

The Oklahoma-born actor began playing character roles in the late 1980s, the AP reported. In addition to “Breaking Bad” and “The Lone Ranger,” his credits include appearances in “The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles,” “My Name Is Earl,” “American Horror Story,” “Shameless,” “Community,” “Veep” and “Workaholics,” according to IMDB.
