The documentary “Music, Money, Madness ... Jimi Hendrix In Maui” will be released on November 20th 2020.
The film tells the story of Jimi being involved in the movie “Rainbow Bridge” which was shot on Maui in Hawaii in 1970.
The documentary contains some never before seen footage shot back then along with some new interviews.
Jimi passed before the movie “Rainbow Bridge” was released.
The movie didn’t have any of the music Hendrix performed for the film on it’s soundtrack.
That performance though, will be released as a live album that will accompany the documentary.
The album is “Live In Maui”.
