Every Sunday Lynyrd Skynyrd singer Johnny Van Zant has been posting video messages online.

This week Johnny’s message was a little different.

The reason why, Johnny tested positive for COVID 19.

Johnny explains how he infected some of the people around him.

He takes some time to give some advice from a man who has it.

We certainly wish Johnny a rapid recovery and hopefully no lingering effects.
