Tampa Man, Rob Stirling, Breaks Pushup World Record With 3,264 In One Hour! Oh, And He’s 60.

Well, now I have a new reason to get back in the gym even more. Tampa man Rob Stirling just broke the world record for number of pushups in one hour with 3,264! I’m not even sure I’ve done 1,000 pushups in a month before, so I have more to do to get to this level. Add that to the fact the Rob is 60 years old and this gets even more impressive. The record was broken at Tampa’s Powerhouse Gym as you can see in the video posted below.
