Jimmy Page was born on Jan. 9, 1944. Happy Birthday to one of the greatest guitarists ever!

Jimmy Page is a two time member of the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame. He was inducted as a member of The Yardbirds in 1992 and again in 1995 as a member of Led Zeppelin.

Rolling Stone ranks Page at #3 on their list of the “100 Greatest Guitarists Of All Time”. Guitar maker Gibson ranks him at #2 of the “50 Greatest Guitarists Of All Time”. And, he comes in at #4 on Classic Rock magazine’s list of the “100 Wildest Guitar Heroes”.

Jimmy Page has always been interested in the occult. All members of Led Zeppelin have their own symbols that originated in a book of magic spells from 1557. His symbol is “Zoso”.

In 2012, Page, along with the surviving members of Led Zeppelin (Plant and Jones) were awarded the annual Kennedy Center Honors.

Jimmy Page is also known as “Lord Of The Riffs” and “Magic Fingers”.

He is rockin’ 77 today!
