You know a local story is going viral when the BBC picks it up, and that’s where I saw this video. Volusia County Sheriffs got word of a man stealing a jet ski in Ormond Beach. As the Sheriffs deputies were figuring out how to catch the thief who was out on the water, they approached a family that were near their boat at the dock and asked if the family would take them out to find the man. The family just let the Sheriffs take their boat who quickly found the guy that was having trouble with his stolen jet ski, and also couldn’t swim.
