Little 7-year-old Hector Flores was getting in tons of trouble for disrupting his 2nd grade class at his Bronx elementary school. His teacher accused him of squeaking like a toy duck at inappropriate moments. The culprit? An actual toy duck whistle! Flores swallowed the whistle while playing with a toy duck in the family's swimming pool. About two weeks later he squawking every time he laughed.
