1-year-old drowns in spa

A 1-year-old boy dies in a spa in Trinity.  It happened at 1809 Lady Palm Court in Trinity.  Andrei Loginov, 1, and his family had been attending a birthday party at the home when the child went missing.  They searched to home and found Loginov in the spa in the pool area of the residence.
