The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention defines health fair as “an event where organizations have an opportunity to disseminate health information to the public at booths and/or to provide health screenings” - CDC, 2013. We want to re-define health fairs as an avenue where public health professionals and corporate wellness professional provide information, tools, and teach skills which will empower participants to change unhealthy behaviors and improve their health! Join the Tampa Bay Healthcare Collaborative and the Wellness Council of Tampa Bay for a half-day conference to learn how to maximize the effectiveness of your next health fair.
