The film covers nearly half a century of Chihuly's work and encompasses one of the most vital and long-lasting aspects of his career. The film will be previewed to an invitation only group on March 8th.Showcasing the unique beauty of Dale Chihuly's work using silvered glass, Chihuly Silvered is the first comprehensive survey of his newest series. The book signing on March 9th is open to the public, and Chihuly Silvered will be available for purchase at the event or at the Chihuly Collection Store on Beach Drive.The Chihuly Collection is also excited to announce the arrival of a temporary new installation to the already phenomenal permanent collection of Chihuly masterpieces. The Sealife Stoppers grew out of Chihuly's collaboration with Italian masters Pino Signoretto and Lino Tagliapietra. Sealife is a more recent series by the artist, which employs Venetian sculptural techniques to emulate incredible sea creatures.
