Gamble Rogers Memorial State Recreation Area at Flagler Beach and Ocean Books and Art in Flagler Beach, will host a lecture series entitled Protect Oceans, Protect Life. The lecture topics, dates, and times are as follows: Dolphin and Manatees on Feb. 16 at 10:30 a.m. Frank Gromling, owner of Ocean Books and Art, is an author and publisher of books focusing on conservation and stewardship of our environment. He is a wonderful and experienced speaker on environmental topics and will present exciting lectures along with a book signing at each event. Tickets are $5 and may be purchased the day of the event, or in advance, at the Gamble Rogers Ranger Station. Children under 12 receive half off, and children under 6 are free. Entry fees are included in the lecture prices and proceeds benefit the Friends of Gamble Rogers Memorial SRA.
