Comedienne turned entrepreneur, Rhonda Shear of Shear Enterprises, will host a Comedy PJ Party on Saturday, Feb. 16 at the Mahaffey Theater in St. Petersburg. Doors open at 7 p.m. The evening will include shopping, a fashion presentation and a slumber party-setting comedy show featuring: Carole Montgomery, Vicki Barbolak, Ludo Vika and special guest, Bobby Kelton. Rhonda Shear is widely known for her company, Shear Enterprises which features the “Ahh Bra” and her time as a hostess on USA: Up All Night. Experience in the stand-up comedy scene, Montgomery was a Las Vegas star and has worked with the Armed Forces Entertainment. Barbolak has been crowned as “Funniest Mom in America” by Nick@Nite, and is recognized for her leopard-print attire, as a member of Jay Leno’s Laugh Squad and her NY Times bestseller, “I Killed, Road Stories of America’s Top Comics.” Vika has an irreverent hilarity, being crowned as America’s First Bilingual Comic at the Utah Laugh Off Festival and her show “Sex Nachos and Men.” Finally, Kelton is the author of “Please Don’t Let This Be Her!”, has appeared on numerous talk shows and is well-known for his everyday life type of comedy aimed at people of all ages.
