GEMI’s Meeting #1 will be held on February 21-23, in Tampa, FL.  Below you will find information about the meeting as well as basic logistics so you may make your travel plans.  NOTE: All meetings will be held at the Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk, and a block of guest rooms has also been reserved there (details below). A detailed DRAFT meeting agenda will be sent in mid-January as well as posted to the GEMI members only site.  Updated draft agendas will be sent with meeting registration reminders as well. MEETING AGENDA / SCHEDULE: • Tuesday, February 26 10:00am – 4:00pm EST: The GEMI Supply Chain Work Group will be meeting to kick-off the GEMI SCS project -- NOTE: the time is tentative and updated time will be provided in late January / early February o NOTE: Everyone is on their own for dinner this evening.• Wednesday, February 27: GEMI Network Meetings o 9:00am – 4:30pm EST: The Climate Change, Sustainable Buildings/Energy Management and Water Networks will be meeting, followed by a roundtable discussion of emerging issues.  Their sessions will include roundtable discussions, guest speakers and plans for 2012.  More information on these sessions will be provided in the DRAFT agenda that will be distributed next month. o 6:00pm: dinner function – TBD• Thursday, February 28 at 8:00am – 2:30pm EST: GEMI Forum Day #1 will focus on Corporate Governance: Environmental and Social Justice - Emerging trends, key change-makers, and corporate responses.
