FREE Teaching Event-Be a Florida Teacher ( Tampa, Fl)
The American Board, a non-profit dedicated to recruiting and certifying community-based teachers in Florida, will host a public event on how local residents can become certified Florida teachers. Attendees will learn what to expect in a career as a teacher and receive advisement on a personalized path to certification. The events will be held, Thursday December 20 at 4:30 pm and 6 pm at the South Tampa YMCA, 4411 S. Himes Ave in Tampa and will be led by Florida Teacher Certification Specialist Lauren Schubel.
