Hyde Park Village presents the Enchanted Tree Lighting Ceremony & Holiday Street Party, Friday, November 16, from 5 to 8 PM, with train rides, cookies, cider, chocolate milk and a holiday musical extravaganza featuring Dan McMillion’s High Octane Orchestra, performances by Ms. Lisa’s Dance School, Karl & DiMarco School of Theatre and Dance and Ruth Eckerd Hall’s Rhythm and Soul tap troupe, and more!   

Family activities include fun with arts and crafts, a caricature artist, bounce house, face painter, corn hole and gyroscope rides.  Delicious treats will be served all night long, including hot dogs, brats, funnel cakes, kettle corn, cotton candy, freshly squeezed lemonade, food trucks and a beer and wine truck featuring Stella Artois, Michelob Ultra, Wood Chuck Cider, seasonal crafts and a selection of red and white wines. 

Visit Santa in his Cottage at 1625 W. Snow Circle for professional photos with Santa and kids can write and mail their letter to the North Pole.  And, be sure to stay for Santa’s Arrival and the lighting of the 30-foot Christmas Tree and all new musical light show programmed to favorite holiday classics. 

The Enchanted Tree Lighting Ceremony is sponsored by Michelob Ultra, Tampa Bay Times, tbt*, Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay Lightning and Sweetbay.  Proceeds benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  This is a family-friendly event.  Admission and parking are free.  Additional parking is available at Sweetbay and Hyde Park Presbyterian Church on W.
