Navigation
This event will require you to be familiar with navigation using a topographic map and compass. We may also use aerial photographs for some special sections of the course. You should be familiar with terrain recognition, reconciling maps, route finding, estimating distances and night navigation techniques. If you have never raced at night, we recommend that you practice at least once prior to this event. For comprehensive navigation training, check out our website (www.endeavorracing.com) for a schedule of upcoming clinics.
